It answers with your listings. It never makes them up.

If the contact asks about a listing, Realmaker finds it in your portfolio by its title, reference or link, and asks them to confirm it’s the one. If they’re looking for something more general, it sends a short link to your listings page with their search already filtered.

  • Only offers available properties. If one isn’t available any more, it says so.
  • Gives the details in your portfolio, without guessing square metres or extras.

Realmaker creates a public page with your available properties, with filters and a map, and shares it with the contact’s search already applied. You see what they’ve looked at before you call.

Open a property and Realmaker shows you two lists: who has asked about it and who was looking for something similar. That’s buyer matching, built from what Realmaker has already asked.

No flat for them today. The search stays.

Every buyer or tenant who gives you their name and phone number is saved as a request, with their area, property type and budget. When a new property comes in, you’ll find them in its matches.

Which portals can I bring my listings from?
idealista, Fotocasa, Habitaclia, pisos.com and Immobiliare.it. You paste your agency’s profile URL from the portal and Realmaker imports your properties; if you connect several portals, they’re merged into one portfolio. It syncs by itself every day and, whenever you like, straight away with “Sync now”.
What happens when I sell or withdraw a property?
If it disappears from the portal, the next sync marks it as withdrawn and Realmaker stops offering it, without losing its contact history.
What if a property isn’t on any portal?
Add it by hand or paste the link to its listing and Realmaker brings in its details. The ones you create by hand aren’t synced: if something changes, you edit it yourself.
Can I import my listings from Inmovilla?
Yes. Switch on property sync with your Inmovilla token and your listings come into Realmaker. You can add your portals too: everything stays in one portfolio.
Can Realmaker make up details about a property?
No. It replies with the details it has from your portfolio and doesn’t confirm anything that isn’t there, such as the square metres or a garage. If the property is no longer available, it tells the contact and invites them to see what you have now on your listings page.
What is the listings page? Do I need my own website?
You don’t need one. Realmaker creates a public page with your available properties, filters and a map, and shares it in the chat with the contact’s search already applied. You build it from blocks, choose the name in its address and can copy the link to use wherever you like. It doesn’t replace your agency’s website.
How does buyer matching work?
For each property, Realmaker looks for contacts who want that type of property in a matching area: for sales, buyers with a budget of at least 80% of the price; for rentals, tenants. You see them in the property’s “Crosses” tab. You don’t get an alert for every match: you open the property and there they are.
Can I hide a property without deleting it?
Yes. Mark it as “Unavailable”: your contacts stop seeing it and Realmaker stops offering it, but you keep its record and history. When it’s available again, you switch it back on.
