It replies for you. From your own email.

As soon as it detects the enquiry, Realmaker replies to the person from your own account, in the same thread. You write the text once; their name and the listing reference fill themselves in.

  • Name, Reference and Phone variables: click and they’re inserted into the text.
  • A “Book a viewing” button that opens WhatsApp with a message already written. You choose the button text too.
  • The property card, with photo, price and link, when Realmaker recognises the property in the enquiry.
The email isn’t written by AIThe email reply is your template: the same every time and checked by you. The AI comes in afterwards, when the person messages you on WhatsApp.

From the portal to WhatsApp, without copying a number

They enquired on a portal; qualification happens on WhatsApp. Realmaker moves them across in two ways, and you choose which one to use.

With the email button

They tap “Book a viewing” and WhatsApp opens with their message already written: their name and the listing reference. You know who’s coming and which property it’s about.

With a WhatsApp template

If the enquiry includes their phone number, they get a WhatsApp straight away with a Meta-approved template. As soon as they reply, Realmaker carries on the conversation. The WhatsApp template is in Spanish for now.

Realmaker registers the template when you connect your WhatsApp, and Meta usually reviews it within a few hours.

When the person writes, Realmaker replies. It asks what matters in order, finds the property in your portfolio and, if you have free slots, offers a viewing. You get an alert with the lead neatly organised.

Fast replies. Never one too many.

An automatic reply sent to the wrong person does more harm than no reply at all. That’s why these rules are never broken.

  • Once per leadEven if the portal resends the enquiry, the person gets a single reply.
  • Never to a “no-reply”Nor to the portal’s sender or your own address; if Fotocasa hides the email, it replies to the portal’s messaging address.
  • Never guessesIf an enquiry can’t be read reliably, it isn’t answered.
  • Never doubles up on WhatsAppIf the person is already chatting with you on WhatsApp, they don’t get another message.
  • Only your portalsThe rest of your email is ignored: it doesn’t come into your conversations.

Which portals does it read enquiries from?
idealista, Fotocasa and pisos.com: the new-message notifications that reach you by email. For now only portals in Spain, and Habitaclia enquiries aren’t read yet. Your listings, on the other hand, can sync from idealista, Fotocasa, Habitaclia, pisos.com and Immobiliare.it.
Do I need Gmail?
No. It works with Gmail or Google Workspace, with Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com and with any IMAP mailbox: your own domain, OVH, IONOS, Arsys… With IMAP you’ll be asked for the server, address and password, and if your provider uses two-step verification, you’ll need an app password.
Is the email reply written by AI?
No. It’s your template: you write it once and Realmaker adds the person’s name, the listing reference and your phone number. Qualification starts when the person messages the WhatsApp number you’ve connected to Realmaker: that’s where it asks them the questions and, if you have free slots, offers a viewing.
How long does it take to reply?
Realmaker checks your email every 5 minutes and replies as soon as it finds a new enquiry, at any hour, weekends included.
Does replying to a portal lead on WhatsApp cost anything?
Yes, Meta charges it to the card on your WhatsApp Business account: the template that opens the conversation costs under 2 euro cents at its current rate for Spanish numbers, and each Realmaker message is charged at the same rate. The email reply doesn’t go through Meta, and Realmaker plays no part in any billing.
What about the enquiries already in my email?
When you connect your email, Realmaker also picks up the enquiries from the last 3 days and, with the automatic reply switched on, answers them. Yesterday’s lead still deserves a reply.
Can Realmaker read the rest of my email?
It only acts on enquiries from the portals you choose: the rest of your email is ignored and doesn’t come into your conversations. You sign in through a secure window, Realmaker never sees or stores your password, and you can pause or disconnect your email whenever you like.
