Your CRM gets the buyer request already written

When Realmaker has finished, the lead already has a name, a phone number, what they’re after, where and with what budget. You press “Send demand to CRM” and Realmaker sends a demand email to your CRM’s address.

It goes as readable text plus a structured data block, ready for your CRM to import as a buyer request. If the conversation moves on, you send it again with the updated details.

Paste your Inmovilla API token, switch on sync and your listings come into Realmaker. So when someone asks on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, Realmaker talks about your real properties and shows them the listing.

Which CRMs does Realmaker work with?
Any CRM that imports buyer requests by email: in one click you send it a demand email with the lead’s and the property’s details, ready to import. If you use Inmovilla, you can also sync your listings and create the owner prospect without leaving Realmaker.
Do leads go into my CRM automatically?
No, you decide. Realmaker handles and qualifies every conversation without you stepping in, but sending to the CRM takes one click: “Send demand to CRM” for buyers and tenants, and “Create Inmovilla prospect” for owners. If the details change, you send the updated request again.
What if I don’t use a CRM?
It still works for you. Every conversation stays in Realmaker with its qualification, the property and the viewing, and you can share the contact sheet as a PDF or an image with your agency’s logo. If you connect Google Contacts, “Add phone contact” also puts the lead in your phone’s contacts.
What is synced with Google Contacts?
Your contacts with a phone number, both ways: what you save in Realmaker reaches your Google contacts, and from there your phone, and what you have in Google appears in Realmaker. It syncs once a day and whenever you press “Sync now”. If you edit the same contact in both places, the most recent change wins. Realmaker only uses them for this sync.
Can I disconnect an integration whenever I want?
Yes. From Configuration › Connections you can disconnect Google Calendar, Google Contacts or your email at any time. If you disconnect Google Contacts, the contacts already in your Google account stay where they are.
Does connecting integrations cost extra?
No. The channels, the property catalogue, alerts and the connection to your CRM are included in every plan. WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business account; Realmaker plays no part in that billing.
