You decide when each property can be viewed
In the availability table you open time windows per property. Realmaker turns them into slots that can be booked over the next 30 days.

04 · Alert
You know straight away.And it’s already in your diary.
Every booked viewing creates an event in your Google Calendar and triggers the “Visit booked” alert, by push, by email or both.
- The event includes the property, its reference, the contact and their phone number
- If the contact leaves their email, they get the calendar invite
- In the inbox, the conversation shows the date and time of the viewing
- In the mobile app, you tap the alert and the conversation opens

The Calendar tab brings together your Google Calendar events and your Realmaker viewings, in your calendar’s time zone.
The whole month, and every day
A month view and a daily agenda with your events and your booked viewings.
Busy removes slots. Free doesn’t.
A dentist appointment at 17:00 closes that slot. An event marked as free doesn’t get in the way.
Reschedule or cancel
From the viewing card. And if you move it in Google Calendar, Realmaker marks it as moved.

What do I need for Realmaker to book viewings?
Connect Google Calendar from Connections and open availability windows on the properties that can be viewed. Without a calendar or windows, Realmaker doesn’t offer viewings: it still qualifies the contact and leaves the lead record ready for you.
Can it book outside my hours?
No. It only offers slots within your windows that don’t clash with busy events in your Google Calendar or with other viewings, and it respects the minimum notice you set.
Which contacts does it offer viewings to?
Buyers and tenants who ask about a specific property in your portfolio that has open slots. Not sellers or landlords: Realmaker collects their details and leaves the lead record ready for you to call them.
Is the viewing confirmed?
It’s booked and created in your Google Calendar. Realmaker tells the contact that an agent will call to confirm it, and you get the “Visit booked” alert by push or by email.
What if two contacts want the same time?
The first to book gets it. If the second one picks it, the page tells them it’s no longer available and Realmaker offers other times. A booked viewing blocks that time across all your properties, so Realmaker never books you two at once.
Can I move or cancel a viewing?
Yes. You reschedule or cancel it from Calendar and the change is applied in Google Calendar. If you move or delete it directly in Google Calendar, Realmaker marks it as moved or cancelled.
Does it work with Outlook or another calendar?
Not at the moment. The diary and bookings work with Google Calendar: it’s the calendar your busy times are read from and where viewings are created.
What does Realmaker see in my calendar?
The events in your main calendar, to know which times are busy and to show you your diary in Calendar. It creates the booked viewings in that same calendar. We explain how we handle the data on the Security & privacy page.
